Pharma

ASME BPE turned parts for pharmaceutical equipment builders

We machine BPE standard fittings for companies building reactors, vessels, blenders, filtration skids and CIP systems for pharmaceutical plants. Parts are turned to your drawing in SS316L or SS304L, polished to Ra 0.4 µm on product-contact surfaces, and supplied with mill test certificates.

Dairy

Sanitary fittings and unions for dairy plant equipment

Dairy equipment builders use our SMS and DIN 11851 union sets, tank ferrules, reducers and spray balls on milk reception, pasteurising, storage and CIP lines. Everything is turned in stainless steel and polished so lines drain fully and clean in place.

For food, beverage, brewing and nutraceutical machinery we turn Tri-Clamp ferrules, hose fittings, blanks, liners and thread adaptors that keep hygienic lines cleanable and easy to strip down between products.
